I love when I can share my message about intuitive eating, regardless of what protocol one subscribes to. Such was the case when I was interviewed by Kathleen Gage, founder of Plant Based Eating for Health YouTube Channel.
During the interview, we focused our time on how a plant-based eater can use The Food Codes™ to determine which foods are best for them.
Of course, 100% plant-based eaters do not eat meat, fish, poultry or dairy. Yet, some eat foods with oils, some eliminate processed oils altogether.
Assuming someone is completely plant based, you might think they can eat any type of vegetable, fruits, beans, legumes and pastas.
This is actually not the case. Not all plant-based foods are good for you. What may be healthy, and compatible to one person, may not be for you.
In this interview, find out how to determine what plant-based foods are best for your body based on my teachings of The Food Codes.
I discuss
